Peter Mulder (1974) holds degrees in economics (MSc. and Ph.D.) from
the VU University Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
He wrote his Ph.D thesis at the Institute
for Environmental Studies (IVM) of the VU University Amsterdam and the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis.
After obtaining his Ph.D. in 2003 he has been an associate research
scholar at the International Institute for
Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in

research interests include energy-economic issues, economic growth and
development, regional economics, and institutional economics.
